Sesión online “fullbody “ sábado 18:00 for all students, specially 4th ESO

Hi guys, we retake online classes next saturday at 18:00
As you know this is a voluntary session for all the students who want to join me. It is a way to meet us and to practice physical activity together.
We will practice a full body lesson including lower part (legs) , core and upwards (back, pectoral and arms)
4th ESO students - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU THIS LESSON BECAUSE IT WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR NEXT TASK: CHOREOGRAPHY
