online class - what are we going to do?



Hi guys , this is a resume of what are we going to do tomorrow
HIT – high intensity training


Method TABATA which consists on:

8 X ( 20 sec exercises + 10 sec stop)

We will divide the workout into 4 parts, like a daily menu  

MENU (breakfast + meal + snack – dinner)

BREAKFAST  - WARM UP
4 EXERCISES – 2 TIMES (NO STOP)

MEAL – LEGS
4 EXERCISES – 2 TIMES

SNACK – CORE
4 EXERCISES – 2 TIMES

DINNER – UPPER PART
4 EXERCISES – 2 TIMES
