4th ESO - training session sheet

In groups of two or three you will have to prepare a training session for your partners:

FARTLEK or TOTAL TRAINING

You will have to use and FILL UP the following training sheet.

Select and copy it!!

 Remember that you will have to do you session to the HALF OF THE GROUP. So it is very important to prepare the material and space depending on your session and the number of partners.

I will tell you the order of groups but i recommend you to prepare as soon as possible
