I remind you that you have to prepare a training method session
Choose your method (fartlek, total training or circuit training)
Print or copy the following sheet and fill it up
the sheet is INDIVIDUAL
The number of person to prepare your session must be between 20 and 30 students (it is important to write the organization)
The sheet must be delivered THE DAY OF THE THEORY EXAM

TSEAS - aclaración reglamentación floorball

En referencia a la reglamentación vista hoy en clase, echad un ojo a la normativa oficial de floorball en sus artículos:
507: 1,2 3 (junto a la explicación), 4 y 18 (ésta última no la hemos visto en clase)
605: todas, incidiendo de la 1 a la 6.

Podréis observar que la reglamentación es bastante más compleja por lo que se ha reducido de forma considerable, al igual que en hockey sala.

El martes trabajaremos hockey sala, por lo que recomiendo echar un vistazo a la reglamentación básica (reducida). Hockey hierba no entra en la parte teórica.

La mejor manera de acercarse al reglamento de un deporte es practicarlo y verlo así que os recomiendo mirar los enlaces de los apuntes.

IMPORTANTE: en breve comenzamos las sesiones por lo que os aconsejo que elijáis deporte y os preparéis vuestra sesión siguiendo las instrucciones colgadas en entradas anteriores.

No dudéis en preguntarme cualquier duda ANTES del día de la sesión práctica.
