On the final calification for 2nd term, 2 points over 10 correspond to the STRENGTH SESSION
This exam will be done INDIVIDUALLY or IN PAIRS
I will explain HOW TO DO IT correctly
1. In a paper, you have to write between 6 and 12 STRENGTH exercises and you have to EXPLAIN the MUSCLE that we uso with that exercise
2. You can choose:
- CIRCUIT - we move from one exercise to another one. Here you have an example
- ALL THE EXERCISES TOGETHER. Example
3. Choose the EXERCISE TIME and REST TIME (for example: 30 seconds exercise-15 stop)
4. Prepare the material (you can ask for help to your partners)
5. Prepare the space and collocate your partners
5. EXPLAIN your session to your partners (exercises, muscles, time of exercise and rest time)
