It is obligatory to have a google account before doing the formulary (it is the same as "athletics formulary")
you DO NOT have to send me anything else because once you finish the formulary, it is done!

3rd ESO - last task - knots



hi guys, i post you our LAST TASK for 3rd term.
On this time, we are going to learn HOW TO DO basic knots.

Among the standars for 3rd ESO, we can find "cabuyería" (the way to do knots).
I let you a very good video in which you have 7 kind of knots, with the explanation and the example.

I recommend you to use the subtitles on the settings of the video due to the specific vocabulary.
Anyway i let you some useful vocabulary to use.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

  • To choose 5 knots from the video (one of them is OBLIGATORILY THE"FIGURE 8").
  • To do a video MAKING YOUR 5 KNOTS (you can use rope, laces of your shoes or whatever you prefer)
  • In each knot you have to SAY THE NAME OF THE KNOT and SAY ONE USE OF THE KNOT (example: figure 8, it is used in climbing).
  • Send the video to peieshernan3@gmail.com
FINALLY: you DO NOT HAVE TO LEARN THESE KNOTS. Just do the demostration at home and that´s all.
 
deadline: 27th may (8 days), but i recommend you to send it at least one before, because of the problems that you can have.

(como veis, los nombres son muy específicos y hacen referencia sobretodo al mundo de la navegación, tan sólo quiero que los tengáis, no que los aprendáis)

2nd ESO - Homework - First Aids - RICE method

Hi guys we continue with a new task, introducing FIRST AIDS through RICE METHOD

R.I.C.E. Treatment for Acute Musculoskeletal Injury


ž  You have to do a video REPRESENTING that you (or someone of your family) suffer an injury)
ž  You have to FOLLOW the RICE method step by step (rest + ice + compression + elevation)
ž  You will have to EXPLAIN briefly each part.
