There are different ways to do a correct warm up
To do it easier, i will give you FOUR MAIN PARTS:
1 two minutes running
2 running exercises, per example (p.e.): knees up, lateral running, heels to the gluteous, three steps and jump, running backwards, crossing feet, three steps and touch the floor, three steps and turn, ... (there are much more exercises that YOU CAN INCLUDE THEM ON YOUR WARM UP)
3 joint movement: it is very important to INCLUDE ALL THE PARTS OF THE BODY: ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, neck, ...
4 stretching it is very important to INCLUDE ALL THE PARTS OF THE BODY. We will learn the MUSCLES during the second term
