WARM UP ITEMS
These are the ítems to calify your warm so READ AND UNDERSTAND THEM CLEARLY. In case of doubt, ASK ME TO CLARIFY ANY QUESTION. Each ítem is 2 points
· SHEET: you bring the sheet the day that you have to do the warm up (2 points)
· PRESENTATION: you explain briefly your warm up to your partners (1 point)
· PARTS OF THE WARM UP: you include all the parts (2 points)
ü running (2-4 minutes)
ü running exercises (between 6 and 10 exercises)
ü joint movement (between 6 and 10 exercises)
ü stretching (between 6 and 10 exercises)
· TIME: your warm up lasts between 7 and 10 minutes (1 point)
· PARTS OF THE BODY: you know and say the parts of the body (running exercises and joint movement part) (1 point)
· MUSCLES: you know and say the different muscles that you use on your stretchings (1 point)
· ORGANIZATION OF THE GROUP: you organize your partners from the beginning of the warm up to the end

Hola Jesús, el aula virtual que me sale es la de los no bilingües, o eso he deducido al verlo todo en español y al ver que no había la misma ficha de calentamiento en un lado que en otro. No se si será un fallo y me tengan metida en otra clase porque no sé por qué no me sale tu aula.
