Buenas tardes, paso la información vista la jornada de hoy junto a otra información importante.
El grupo A tiene la parte teórica en el aula TSEAS, frente al gimnasio 2. El acceso se hace por la entrada principal izquierda, al fondo.
El grupo B la tendrá la teórica en el salón de actos, entrando a través del patio.
Adjunto la reglamentación oficial de pádel, la cual recomiendo que esté disponible para la próxima sesión teórica.
Recuerdo igualmente que el martes iniciamos la práctica en el polideportivo Juan Carlos I, para lo cual deberéis traer un bote de pelotas (tenis o pádel, indistintamente) en buen estado. Como medida para diferenciarlas, se aconseja rotular las pelotas con vuestro nombre, las iniciales o un símbolo distintivo.

· PRESENTATION: you explain briefly your warm up to your partners (1 point)
· PARTS OF THE WARM UP: you include all the parts (2 points)
ü running (2-4 minutes)
ü running exercises (between 6 and 10 exercises)
ü joint movement (between 6 and 10 exercises)
ü stretching (between 6 and 10 exercises)
· TIME: your warm up lasts between 7 and 10 minutes (1 point)
· PARTS OF THE BODY: you know and say the parts of the body (running exercises and joint movement part) (1 point)
· MUSCLES: you know and say the different muscles that you use on your stretchings (1 point)
· ORGANIZATION OF THE GROUP: you organize your partners from the beginning of the warm up to the end
