2nd ESO - how to do strength session?

During this term you will be teacher for a session. How to do it?

Follow the next steps:

- choose your group: 1,2 or 3 person
- choose from 5 to 10 exercises and point the correspondent muscle
- choose 'circuit' or 'all together'
- prepare the space (gym)
- prepare the material (mats, hoops, benches, balls, ...)
- choose time of each exercise and rest/break time
- Explain the exercises to your partners and DO IT (I RECOMMEND YOU TO TAKE A CRONOMETER TO MESURE TIME)
